We are looking for a meticulous and organised individual with a passion for property management and customer service. We are a leading construction company with an expanding rental portfolio, and we’re looking for a Residential Property / Customer Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team in North Wales.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Provide exceptional support to homeowners and tenants, addressing enquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Property Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Chasing & Follow-Ups: Efficiently chase up contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Rent Smart Wales: Although certification is desirable, it’s not essential. You will be responsible for keeping properties compliant with Rent Smart Wales and other housing standards.
- Tenancy Management: Assist in managing tenancy agreements, renewals and inspections.
- Organisational Excellence: Maintain meticulous records and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders, including contractors, tenants, and homeowners.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written skills for dealing with customers, tenants, and contractors.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail in coordinating maintenance, compliance, and tenant care.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with the ability to chase up on outstanding tasks and ensure swift resolutions.
- Rent Smart Wales Certification: Desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience: Previous experience in property management is essential while experience in customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Microsoft: Highly proficient in using all Microsoft packages
- Full UK driving licence
