A prestigious international law firm is looking for a Legal Administrator to join their Liverpool office on a permanent basis. This firm serves a wide range of clients, from innovative start-ups to global industry leaders, including many of the world’s top 50 brands.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Acceptance team with all aspects of new client and matter intake, as well as providing general support on Risk-related projects. Your duties will include:
- Delivering daily administrative support to both the Business Acceptance and Risk teams.
- Monitoring the Risk inbox and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
- Performing ad-hoc and comprehensive conflict searches, analysing the results, and filtering out irrelevant findings.
- Processing change requests for existing clients and matters that do not require a risk review.
- Ensuring the creation, maintenance, and updating of information barriers, while escalating any issues to supervisors.
About You:
- Strong academic background, ideally with a law degree or similar qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience in risk and compliance or supporting client onboarding processes would be advantageous.
- Able to commute into their Liverpool office.
