Lead Developer - Up to £75k Fully Remote (UK wide) Bonus + 26 days holiday + Bank Holidays The Lead Developer will work closely with the Engineering Manager and will be focused on coaching, mentoring, and implementing ownership and accountability. As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the engineering team by providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the efficient, on-time, every-time execution of all projects. You will be instrumental in achieving software development goals as well as developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Key skillset: Extensive experience in C# .Net Experience with cloud technologies (AWS) Technical expert, always on-hand to consult and mentor. Lead and inspire a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, & coaching.
