At what is now an exciting period of growth for the team we are pleased to be looking for several people to join our team of resourcing and delivery specialists to help us meet the huge demand from our clients.

Who are we looking for?

We are growing our delivery hub in Liverpool, in order to identify, build relationships with, and source talent for our clients, across the world. We are on the lookout for Graduate Delivery Consultants starting out in their career, seeking longevity and personal development.

You will be responsible for multiple job requirements, simultaneously, and managing a multitude of candidate attraction processes from Graduate recruitment drives up to C-level appointments in exciting digital and technology markets such as AI and Data.

What experience will you have?

You will be able to demonstrate at least 1 year of success working within a recruitment environment as a Resourcer, Consultant, or Delivery Lead, but not necessarily within technology. This role is ideal for someone who loves a challenge with multiple moving parts and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done and the results required.

What will you be doing?

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Working with the sales function to understand client requirements
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring regular communication and updates
• Attending networking and meet-up events.

Key skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
• Detail orientated to provide the best possible service to our clients and candidates.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Data, Ai and Software would be extremely beneficial
