Experienced finance assistant role at Dwyfor Oils
Job Duties:
- Be the main point of contact for general finance administration tasks.
- Recording/reconciliation
- Recording payments taken card terminals and shop sales.
- Managing of payable and receivables accounts.
- Monthly Billing
- Record monthly BACS list
- Answering telephone and emails
- Credit Control
We are keen to speak to anyone with the following skills and / or experience:
- Previous experience with accounting software Xero essential.
- Experience working in a Finance environment is essential.
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of proficiency with Word and Excel
- Able to converse in Welsh both written and verbal is essential
The role is Permanent and full-time hours Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm – Wage £24,000
