Planet Pharma is partnered with a global leading specialist pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our client is currently hiring for a Customer Service Associate (Greek speaking) to work on a hybrid basis at Chester, UK.

Main Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to receive and process orders
• Provide customer support to client enquiries and resolve customer issues
• Handle billing and account inquiries
• Use SAP to track and process orders
• Track any client communication using the CRM system
• Understand policies around order management and execute in compliance with Global Distribution Practices (GDP)

Main Requirements:

• Customer service or Logistics experience
• Fluent in Greek
• SAP, CRM experience
