Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a Site Manager to joing a leading developer based in Liverpool, who are one of the buisnest development companies in the North West. This business, have a really strong order book with a number of exciting new developments in the pipeline.

Below, is a brief overview of your responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Liaise with contractors, architects, and engineers
- Implement health and safety regulations on-site
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management

- Ensure all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are reviewed for suitability and signed off before works commence. Ensure all RAMS are filed on the site RAMS register. Ensure RAMS are reviewed after 24 hours and every 3 months.

-Conduct HSE committee meetings for all trades under your control.

Must have heritage experience
