• Driving sales and service performance within the department.
• Implementing strategies to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Profile

A successful Internal Sales Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a either Asset Finance OR B2B sales.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive team performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• A solid understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Offer

• An attractive salary in the range of 30,000 to 35,000 per annum plus commission.
• OTE of 50-60.
