Anti-Social Behaviour Officer - 3 month temp - Liverpool

Experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer required on a 3-month temp contract covering a large patch of housing stock in Liverpool with hourly rates up to £24ph.
Your new role

• Investigation and resolution of ASB, tenancy breaches, hate crime, domestic abuse and other complex cases
  
• Prepare pre-court paperwork, court applications, witness statements and all other relevant paperwork/documentation
  
• Attendance & representation at evictions and court hearings.
  
• Visiting victims, perpetrators and witnesses, ensuring evidence is collected, and thorough statements are taken that can stand up to legal scrutiny.
  
• Responding to queries & complaints from councillors, customers and key stakeholders.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a tenancy enforcement/community safety role within housing
  
• Good knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy/housing management including ASB, crime and disorder, compliance and best practice
  
• Experience of attendance and representation at court, taking witness statements and preparing legal documentation
  
• Awareness of best practice in safeguarding adults & children
