Are you immediately available and happy to take on a new challenge ?

Do you have previous NHS Gp experience using Emis or SystmOne or Vision?

We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Liverpool who require the support of a Medical Receptionist/ Administrator on a temporary or permanent basis.

Duties include (but not limited to)

  • Taking inbound calls from patients
  • Booking Appointments
  • Post
  • Scanning of documents
  • Updating patient details onto the database

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with a good working knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne or Vision and previous experience working within a GP surgery, along with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
