As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Facilitator to join our team and play a pivotal role. You’ll report to our L&D Manager, and once trained, facilitate inductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the specific needs of recruitment consultants across Milk Education, Aspion Search, and The Advocate Group.
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of training needs within the group, ensuring our programs are aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
- Content Development: Create a variety of training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and resources that reflect the latest best practices in recruitment.
- Reporting: Track the progress and success of training initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Recruitment Experience: A strong background in the recruitment industry, with a successful history of building and managing a desk.
- L&D Expertise: Proven experience in delivering training and development programs within a recruitment or sales environment. DESIRABLE
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach, with the ability to tailor training to the needs of different brands and levels of experience.
- Results-Oriented: A focus on driving measurable improvements in performance and productivity through effective training.
- Passion for Development: A genuine passion for helping others to achieve their potential.
