Posted on 14th June 2017

Whether you’re a recent school leaver, university graduate, or experienced job seeker in North Wales, here are some resources that will help you land the career of your dreams…

Careers Wales

Careers Wales is a subsidiary of the Welsh Government designed to provide careers information, advice and guidance service for Wales, ensuring students, professionals and jobseekers achieve their potential.

There are 8 Careers Wales centres across North Wales, where you can call in for careers information and or to look for vacancies.

Jobs Growth Wales

As part of Careers Wales, the Jobs Growth Wales programme partners with Welsh businesses to provide unemployed young people with a job for 6 months, which is paid at or above the National Minimum Wage. The intention is that all jobs will be sustained by the host employer after the 6 month period has been completed.
